This section explains how appointments are accepted, changed, and completed, plus the information we need before your vehicle enters the bay.
Your responsibilities
Remove valuables, disclose any known damage, and make sure the vehicle is safe to handle. Sounds obvious, but it saves time and awkward calls.
Our responsibilities
We’ll provide the wash or detailing package you selected, using reasonable care and the equipment suited to that service level.
We may refuse service if a vehicle is unsafe, excessively contaminated, or has conditions that could damage equipment or expose staff to risk. Do you really want a rushed job around a loose trim piece or an open window? Neither do we.
